TickIT 2000 AuditorsThis process for registering TickIT Auditors is administered by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) with the support of the British Computer Society (BCS). Auditor GradesThe following grades of TickIT 2000 auditor are available: TickIT 2000 Internal Auditor This grade is for auditors who conduct internal audits of their organization's QMS. TickIT 2000 Provisional Auditor This is the entry or training grade, for the auditor who has the appropriate personal attributes and technical competences but lacks the required IT auditing experience. TickIT 2000 Auditor This grade applies when the auditor meets all the requirements for participating as an audit team member and is seen as a natural progression from 'provisional' status. TickIT 2000 Lead Auditor This grade applies to experienced auditors who meet all the requirements for TickIT 2000 Auditor and have demonstrated their capability to manage and lead audits. TickIT 2000 Principal Auditor This grade
is designed as an alternative to the Lead Auditor grade and is intended to
recognize the considerable experience and competence of the two following
categories of auditors who operate

or download all the documents yourself from IRCA website (www.irca.org). Complete the forms, including the IT Questionnaire, as instructed, enclose all the additional material requested and appropriate fee. The application form must be countersigned where indicated by one or more referees who are in a position to verify the accuracy of your responses. Ideally, your referees should be corporate members of a relevant national professional body, for example, the BCS, the IEE or the IEEE. The IT questionnaire will allow IRCA to further assess your knowledge of software development and IT systems. IRCA require correspondence in support of the application to be in the English language, or to be accompanied by certified translations of the originals. This is particularly important for educational qualifications, the IT Questionnaire, training courses and audits. All qualifications submitted must be supported by documentary evidence.
